Manzil Downtown, Dubai

We checked in on a Saturday for yet another staycation in Dubai. It was the city’s charming boutique hotel – Manzil Downtown! Our check-in process was smooth and we were offered a refreshing Lemon mint while we waited. We dropped our baggage and went for a quick lunch at The Nezzesausi Grill which is accessible through the lobby of Manzil.

The lobby is pretty with a lot of waiting room and an iconic chandelier with lots of pretty flowers. Everyone passing by had to take a selfie or a photo of it.

The 32-square meter Deluxe Rooms capture the essence of an Arabic welcome. With contemporary Arabesque designs, the rooms are comfortable and inviting, evoking a sense of comfort and convenience. Deluxe Rooms are available with a king-size bed or two twin-size beds. All Deluxe Rooms are non-smoking.

There was a TV in a frame that would pop out as well. The bathroom was pretty luxurious but did not have a door.

The open bathroom has a tub, a toilet, and a shower room with some luxurious toiletries. The bathrobes were quite impressive too.

A dressing table and a work desk are also fit in perfectly. We had the Burj views through a window.

We had a great swim at the pool which had cabanas that can give complete privacy once the curtains are closed. You can also close the roof if you have enough sun! The best time spent was at the Pool.

We had our dinner along with shisha at The Courtyard and a hearty breakfast the next day at the Boulevard Kitchen.

We had a great stay at this boutique hotel and I’d recommend it if you’re looking to stay in Downtown. The service was excellent. We ordered some dental kits and the room service was quick to deliver. We would love to go back!
