Just when our Address Boulevard staycation nostalgia was ending, we were glad to know The Restaurant is introducing a brand new sophisticated brunch inspired by unique part of France – the French Riviera. It was the best reason for us to visit The Restaurant again!
As we entered, we saw a live band play some popular music and it set the mood right instantly. They were great through out!
We loved how the whole theme of Riviera chic brunch matched the ambiance and even our mocktails were violet!
We’ve been to plenty of brunches and none of them served caviar! It was a first. We loved how it was served on our wrists and without any contact to metals.
Starters
A gorgeous bowl of raw salad to begin with and followed by a lot of starters!
The fish salad was excellent and was more Mediterranean style. Served along were octopus salad and some stuffed veggies with cheese. Simply loved the presentation of each and every dish.
Main Course
Slow cooked lamb shoulder with mash potatoes and veggies would be my favorite but then came along a fish that looked stunning and tasted amazing. It was boneless and was crafted beautifully.
Polenta sticks were overshadowed by Mushroom Ravioli in white sauce and it was gone in a couple of minutes! We also got a pot of casserole with pesto sauce which was to die for! There was plenty of food and huge variety at the Brunch.
Desserts
The desserts were spread at the kitchen table and looked so elegant. All of them were very detailed. There’s also an ice cream cart with gummy bears!
The service was spot on as usual. We ended our fantastic brunch with some fancy tea and reminisced our staycation again! The Riviera Chic Brunch is definitely one of the classiest and top notch brunches in UAE!
