The latest Beach to open in Dubai is here and it’s called Azure Beach at the new Rixos Premium in JBR. You take a nice long walk through the hotel to reach the stunning pool and the beach. We got to check it out and try the menu!
The bar and lounge area overlooks the swimming pool and the beach. We sat indoors and the place was cozy and chill with comfortable sofas and chairs.
We got some mocktails – Berry and a mango! Both refreshing.
The starters were perfect with the drinks. Crunchy vegetarian spring rolls came with sweet chili dip. The fried calamari tasted great. The edamame had Asian flavors and we enjoyed it!
We got a platter of sushi which had some salmon and tuna. Enjoyed both! There also was ceviche but we’ve had better.
The Salmon sandwich exceeded our expectations. It was really juicy and the best item on the menu!
The quinoa salad was a fresh and very good option for health freaks! They also served a cucumber salad which was interesting!
For the dessert, we got a bowl of fruits with coconut shaving. It was in a bowl of coconut milk. We loved how tasty healthy dessert can be!
Azure Beach offers a good variety and options for all the beach goers and anyone willing to eat and drink while enjoying the pool. The whole vibe around the place is great. Can’t wait to be back at Rixos Premium to try out more interesting options!
