Great weather and Friday = outdoor brunching in Dubai, and Rooftop at The Burj Club has an amazing new brunch with pool access, perfect for a chilled brunch with friends or family. The weather was cloudy and perfect during our visit.
Overlooking The Dubai Fountain and the ever-stunning Burj Khalifa, Rooftop Brunch at The Burj Club serves up a delectable assortment of cuisines, with a sumptuous buffet and live cooking stations.
Starters
A variety of starters like Pizza bites, kibbeh and samosas in their mini versions was just perfect. They also serve a lot of salads and bread. Selection of cold mezze included sweet potato hummus and beetroot mutabbal which we loved!
Live Stations
There was 2 live stations – Chicken carving station and Pasta counter. The roasted chicken is served with mashed and condiments.
We got ourselves some Penne pasta with red sauce, veggies, and chili. It turned out to be way too spicy!
Main course
Besides that, the brunch also had a long line of main course items including sliders and fries. We also tried the stir fried noodles and Thai curry.
Desserts
Served on the table at the end of the meal, assorted desserts, macarons, and a platter of fruits. The new york cheesecake and brownie was the best of the lot!
NEWS FLASH: Can’t wait for Rooftop Burj to launch sheesha. It will be the perfect place to chill! They will launch it in Ramadan.
The service was slow in terms of table cleaning and placing an order for drinks. Perhaps need some improvement in that department.
The alfresco dining experience is complemented with all-day pool access, so you can dine, groove to the tunes of the resident DJ and dive in one of Dubai’s most spectacular settings. Children also get a bonus treat, with exclusive Patchino’s toys and chocolates.
