Khyber is a renowned Indian restaurant from Mumbai which has joined Dubai for 2 years or so. A beautiful restaurant that serves dinner and has lovely views of the Palm and the sea.
Khyber serves classic Indian food with no-nonsense of gastronomy. It focuses more on the cooking styles and fine ingredients. I tried the Chef’s special and everything was spot on.
The grills stood out due to the marination. The main course had some good butter chicken and daal. The Khyber special was lamb legs marinated and cooked for 12+ hours. The desserts were love!
I would highly recommend this place. Great for a celebration and dining in. Please note that the restaurant does not do take away.
