Yahya Seafood at the Waterfront Market is a very popular joint as we had to wait quite a bit for a table. It was crowded with families and large groups enjoying the fresh seafood.
I wasn’t much impressed with the Tom Yum soup as it was nothing like the authentic one which I prefer. The seafood though was done to perfection. You can choose your own fish from the stall and order it in your preferred cooking style.
Highly recommend the charcoal style butterfly cut fish with chili and garlic. The service was painfully slow and most of the waiters only spoke Arabic.
