Finally tried the Iftar at Yalumba which is inspired by the Middle East culinary culture. The ambiance is modern yet transformed giving Ramadan vibes. The Iftar buffet includes a big line up of Ramadan drinks, starters, and salads.
That continues over with more than 200+ dishes including shawarma and a doner, an ice cream station, live cooking, grills, ouzi, kabsa and more.
The dessert counter was smaller compared to all of the other but still a good selection. You can order gahwa as well.
The outstanding part of Yalumba was the service. The servers regularly filled up water, cleared the table and were on spot with everything. The food was flavorful and definitely enjoyed my share of carbs.
