Tresind Studio is a restaurant within a restaurant which caters solely to a unique dining experience of a 16-course menu. Tresind being the best Indian fine dining restaurant in Dubai always manages to surprise and keep ahead.
Chapter 1 has a lot of fantastic dishes which are mostly bite-sized. I wouldn’t go into detail with each one of them, as its an experience you must have! The chapter one brings together some of the best dishes of Tresind over the years in one place.
My absolute favorite was the Chop with tamarind sauce and a mini dosa filled with avocado cream. Another favorite was the Beef Fillet steak with 5 curries. You can taste a different curry in every bite.
The 16-course dining experience is great for intimate dinner for a couple as well as large groups who appreciate fine dining. Chef Himanshu and team has done a great job with the Chapter 1…Looking forward to the entire book!
