The latest restaurant in Dubai to launch is at Grand Millenium in Business Bay. They have some good seating on the waterfront which just might be perfect for the current weather. A grand bar and plenty of seats indoor as well.
The starters were Burrata salad which was perfect. The dynamite shrimp were excellent too in the Siracha sauce.
The truffle me up flatbread lacked the smell or taste of truffle though the bread was good.
For the main course, I got the Fillet steak and it was cooked perfectly. The sauce on it was good. I got some fries as a side! We also got the lamb chops which were flavorful and tender.
For the desserts, the chocolate orange was interesting. Salted caramel with chocolate orange delice and a great presentation. It was gone in 60 sec.
The service was excellent. Overall, the food quality and standard stood out. Could not try the sheesha since they start serving it after 6 PM. If you’re in Business Bay, must definitely check out Beau Rivage.
