Seedology, Dubai

I think Seedology is the healthiest restaurant I’ve been to in Dubai. I usually avoid going to such restaurants but glad I did visit. The ambiance is a playground for adults. There are high-end toys and games for everyone. Also, a Playstation and Netflix to chill.

The trio hummus was excellent. Regular, Beetroot and walnut with a side of veggies. Can’t pick a favorite as all of them tasted great.

Then came the Guacamole which was even better than the hummus with a side of baked chips. It was my favorite item and one of the best guacamoles I’ve had.

I got myself a Mighty Thor sandwich. It had avocado and kale inside with a lot of sriracha sauce. It wasn’t bad and came with a sidekick of a fresh salad.

As a substitute for desserts, we got jars of healthy fruits pulps with chia seeds. There were a mango and a strawberry jar. The mango looked good but the strawberry tasted better.

All their food is named after Pop culture and matches the interior theme. Seedology is a heaven for vegans and vegetarians but is still a treat if you’re not of them. If you want to start eating healthy, this is the place.
