Tart Bakery is located in Central La Mer and it serves more than just bakery items or tarts. You can also have lunch or dinner here. It’s a pretty and cozy cafe with indoor and outdoor seating.
For drinks, we got the fresh orange juice and also got a Mix berry mocktail which comes with fresh berries and sprite. I replaced it with sparkling water to keep it healthy. Feta Salad was quite simple and very homely.
Salmon Quiche is new on the menu. It came with a side of salad and was quite tasty. The tart was soft and the filling was generous with ricotta cheese and salmon.
For the main course, we got the Chicken and Mushroom Risotto with Truffle and it was average. Couldn’t really taste the truffle and the Risotto was thick. I’ve had better. The other main course was Cordon Blue with mashed potatoes. The chicken was nice and crispy with Turkey ham rolled inside. The mashed potatoes could be creamier but oddly came with a side of ketchup/mayo mix sauce.
Oreo Madness was the best item we tried at Tart Bakery. Combination of a double layer of cake, crumbs and ice cream topped with hazelnuts. It was a treat! Highly recommend it!
The service was good and the staff was helpful. If you’re a tart lover, you’d like this place. The food game needs to be up. Would recommend the desserts and drinks for sure!
