Vivaldi at the Sheraton Creek in Dubai has a special experience – Dine in the Dark. I was glad to experience it. The interiors are modern and have a great view of Dubai Creek. It was 2nd day of Eid so we caught the fireworks as well.
It’s a special menu with options for the 5 courses. We began with a welcome drink and some canapes like croquettes and bruschetta. Both were excellent!
My starter was an eggplant parmesan layered like a lasagne. It was delectable especially when I was blindfolded. It was super easy to eat. My choice of pasta was Spinach Tortelli which was even better.
The main course choice was a lamb shoulder with mint essence crust served with asparagus and roman sauce. The tiramisu was fantastic and presented very well. Probably one of the best I had!
The 5-course meal costs AED 290 with wine pairing and AED 190 for food only. It’s a great offer and totally worth it. The service was good and the blindfolding does enhance your tasting ability!
