All the way from New York bringing you Crafted Burgers and Shakes. Black Tap has been buzzing in Dubai ever since it opened. Finally, I got to try the Jumeirah Naseem branch. You can valet your car at the hotel and get validation for free parking!
The ambiance is pretty hip and urban. It was packed with people even at 4:30 pm! I ordered one of their infamous shakes – Oreo Milkshake which came with a giant oreo ice cream on top. I managed to empty the glass by the end of an hour-long meal!
For starters, we got some Atomic shrimps which did blow my socks off. The sauce was perfect. The fried Mozzarella sticks were very impressive too which came with chipotle sauce.
Mexico City was my choice of burger. It had a lot of jack cheese and an onion ring on top. I was more impressed with the fried chicken platter and the two sauces. It was boneless and so good!
The service was great even though it was running full capacity. It’s also licensed and served crafted beers as well. I’d recommend the shakes and ask them not to make it too sweet. Must try the Atomic Shrimps for appetizers!
