New Shanghai, Dubai Mall

Chinese cuisine with secret recipes passed down generations has arrived in Dubai Mall and it’s available at the newly opened New Shanghai. Large dining space with a cozy ambiance and Chinese touch.

We got some Edamame salad along with some Prawn Wantons and Potstickers. Both were good but Wantons were my preference. The chili oil gave a nice flavor to it.

The potstickers were fried at the bottom and steamed on top. I wish it has more flavor to it as I felt it was bland.

For the mains, I got the Mongolian beef sizzler and it was outstanding. I would highly recommend it with the fried rice. Tender beef in rich Mongolian sauce will leave you speechless!

We also got Shanghai stir-fried noodles with seafood. It had a lot of flavors to it as well! A definite try for the seafood lovers.

I skipped the desserts since I really don’t like Chinese desserts but now regret it since they also had mango pudding! The restaurant was packed and served was good. The food rolled out pretty quick. I’d recommend New Shanghai!
