Ravioli and Co is the 3rd restaurant I’ve tried at Burj Daman. The other two being Carnival by Tresind and Burger & Lobster. As per the name, you must have guessed that it serves Italian cuisine. In fact, it serves Authentic Italian cuisine. The interiors are classic and rusty. The whole ambiance is lit!
The Burrata was served on a bed of Tomato carpaccio and creamy to the core! Loved it.
Baked Mushrooms on Shallot cream sauce was a meal in itself. I’d recommend this starter!
For the main course, we got some Gnocchi in tallegio sauce. The gnocchi was giant as I had smaller ones earlier but the taste was still remarkable. We got some authentic Bolognese which could use a little bit more spice. The star dish was Ravioli stuffed with chicken and mushroom in amazing sauce.
For the desserts, we had the Tiramisu with Nutella Twists on it, literally. It was outstanding and highly recommended!
The Grandma’s cake was a little soft and I was expecting the crunchier biscuit.
Overall enjoyed the food and its quality. Everything is made in-house and you can see the action through the open kitchen. The service was good and I really hope the place does well!
