Urban Picnic Brunch is back and it’s Latin this season. Vida Downtown’s legendary Urban Picnic took us on a trip to Latin America! Every Friday the poolside turns into a vibrant and fun place.
We got our own cabana with comfy chairs right in the center of the pool. The ambiance is unbeatable in this great weather.
For the drinks, the bar serves fresh juices, iced teas and soft drinks for the non-alcoholics. There are a variety of stations all across the venue. Salad and Sandwich stations for the starters. Also a Taco station with your favorite toppings.
Not to be missed is the glorious pizza station! Named after iconic personalities such as Fidel Castro, the pizzas on offer include El Diablo – made of beef and chili and La Fiesta with pineapple and turkey.
There’s sizzling live barbeque station serving a feast on a fiesta of dishes such as smoked beef brisket; bistec ahumado; slow-cooked lamb neck and Cuero de Cordero.
For the desserts, there’s a variety of Latin desserts including a whole collection of various churros and coffee treats.
Each guest will be handed a passport which entails the sitemap with all the stations. It’s definitely a fun brunch and for those who want a relaxing Friday afternoon!
