Izu Brasserie is located inside the department store of Le BHV Marais at City Walk. It also has it’s own separate entrance if you walk on the main road. The interiors are all wood but we sat outdoors since it was the perfect weather.
Starter
I enjoyed starters the most. The feta salad was fresh and flavorful.
The Burrata was excellent as well. Different shape than usual but it was creamy and fresh.
Main Course
We got a bolognese in a pipe pasta. It was on the sweeter note as there was no sauce but made of tomatoes. I enjoyed the Pepperoni Pizza more. It was light and delicious.
Dessert
The Tiramisu was big in portion and tasty even though I prefer them in a jar. The passionfruit cheesecake was tangy and again big in size.
Overall the service was good. It’s a nice spot to grab a quick salad. It’s a fierce competition for food at City Walk. Hopefully, Izu Brasserie will make its mark.
