Dubai has a lot of vegetarian restaurants but Quattro is truly a vegetarian gem. It’s located right next to Spice Klub – another great veg option by the way. Quattro Ristorante serves a fusion of Italian and Mexican cuisine. We got an ice tea and mojito which were both unique.
Starters
We got some Formaggio Di Patate which had baby potatoes in some amazing cheese sauce. They also added some cheese ice cream to it!
The bruschetta was basic with a twist of some parsley foam. We also got some Tex Mex loaded skin with some corn and cheese.
Main course
The Fajitas come with a lot of choices. We got some Paneer with grilled corn which came with lots of condiments. The quantity was quite good!
The Pizza was excellent and I liked the thin and crispiness. The sauce was great and so was the cheese. Tastes best when hot!
Desserts
The chocolate cigars were creative and impressive. One of the best presentations of 2017 for sure! One cigar was stuffed with salted caramel and the other with hazelnut mousse. The ashtray had a very gooey brownie and a side of vanilla ice cream. Recommended!
Another one was Tiramisu with a brilliant take!
The service was good but staff needs to be trained better in communication. Even if you’re not a vegetarian, you are bound to enjoy this place because of all the creativity and fusion of flavors. Would highly recommend trying this place!
