It was yet another exclusive first look for us, we checked out the latest spot in Souk Al Bahar, Downtown Dubai. The interiors are modern and pretty but the outdoor fountain views are outstanding. The food is served by the talented Chef Glady.
Starters
We got a Grilled Baby Gem with Pink Prawns which was marinated in cherry tomatoes with anchovy mayonnaise dressing. Very unique and tasted great.
Mushroom and Truffle Crostini is a must order. Chargrilled sour bread with wild mushrooms, stracciatella cheese, and fresh truffles.
Main course
The Truffle Risotto with Porcini mushrooms. It looked divine and tasted excellent.
The veal chops were tender and grilled to perfection. I would go back for these!
Dessert
Pistachio Ricotta made with 100% Pistachio. If you’re a pistachio lover, you’d enjoy it a lot.
Felice – Chef Glady’s signature dessert was a special one. Made out of cheese, it was my favorite out of the lot.
Chocolate Fondant with hazelnut was the perfect end along with light and creamy pannacotta
The Lounge is an amazing place to check out this winter. They serve sheesha outdoors and perfect Italian cuisine. Chef Glady has a lot of interesting dishes. The service was excellent. Do sit outdoor as the fountains will keep you entertained!
