If you can manage to get to JBR through the congested roads and can pay for the car parking, then you will surely be able to enjoy Blaze – The burger crafters. The interiors are quirky and filled with street art which seems to be inspired by Banksy.
There’s a lot of dining space. You get to customize your own burgers with toppings and choose your own sauces from the shelf. They actually don’t serve standard burgers.
6abooga or Brick burger is a must try. It was outstanding! Wagyu burger between to cheese grilled sandwiches is heavenly.
The chicken burger was pretty good. We got the interstate topping and it came with onions, jalapenos, and mushroom.
They serve a variety of fries. We got the scoopers and added the topping of ‘angry fries’. It was really heavy! We also got cajun fries which were okay.
Besides the great burgers, we enjoyed the desserts and it’s a must order! The chocolate brownie was delicious and so was the brownie cookie. I was too stuffed to finish right away but every bite was great. It came with a side of sauces and softie.
Blaze Burgers is highly recommended in terms of taste! The price, however, is a bit too high. If you can afford to splash, the burgers are worth it! Recommended – The Brick Burger and the desserts.
that looks like one badass burger..mmm…hungry…

Sounds like a really interesting visit, although it may put some people off that they don’t serve ‘normal’ burgers at all, and that the price is a bit steep. Still, it looks like it would be an experience to visit!
