Thursday nights are Turkish nights at The Collective located in Grand Hyatt. We checked it out first hand and had a grand experience.
The interiors and the kitchen are absolutely stunning. It’s quite a large place and every area looks different. There are a lot of counters and beautiful displays everywhere.
My favorites were the fresh out of the oven Pide and bread. The cheese and pepperoni one was incredible. A lot of selection for salads, main course, and mezze.
The kebab corner had a live station and would prepare on order. Selection from Kebab, tikka, meat, and sujuk. I got a little bit of all and I was in for a treat.
The sujuk was juicy and so very flavorful. The kebabs were tender and enjoyed most everything on the plate.
The desserts had some Turkish favorites and some international. Everything was prepared fresh. If not enough, there’s also live pancake stations and Turkish ice cream. I was in a food coma!
The chef also prepared some cookie ice cream sandwiches for us. Overall, the whole ambiance, vibes, and the food were great. The service was a little slow as it was a full house. Turkish nights recommended!
