Fancy and Exquisite are some of the words I would use to describe the Versailles Brunch at Brasserie Quartier – A fine French restaurant located at the beautiful property of St. Regis. My first time visiting and the interiors left me in awe!
Unveiling a brand new brunch menu set to awaken your senses, the newly launched Versailles Brunch will celebrate the love for food in a truly inspiring setting.
Starters
We started off with some starters – French onion cheese bread was to die for and the meat puffs were excellent.
Rest of the starters are buffet style. A lot of perfectly detailed and neat canapes were displayed. A custom and live salad section to whip up your choice. There was also a live foie gras toast station.
A giant ice sculpture stood in between the cold seafood. Prawns, crabs, lobster and a lot more to choose from. Some Roast beef and chicken also to choose from.
Main Course
There was one choice for the main course that was served on the table. I got some slow cooked beef with greens and mash potatoes. It was excellent in presentation but I found the salt content to be high.
Desserts
My favorite part of the brunch! Brasserie Quartier has a whole room dedicated to desserts which I did not want to leave at any point. There were a lot of choices and all of them Instagram worthy!
Overall, the Versailles Brunch is excellent with some great service. There were chefs all over the place and servers running around. The ambiance lit with live music. I would categorize this as a Fancy or Luxury Brunch as the price ranges from AED 350 – 700 depending on the package. If you have fine taste, this is the Friday Brunch you are looking for!
