Season 3 at Carnival is out and has a lot of fantastic dishes! My 4th visit to Carnival by Tresind and it remains my top choice in restaurant! Also, check out the review for Season 1, Season 2 and Friday Brunch!
My drink was a visual treat. A half sliced bottle fuming drops into the glass. It had amazing flavors.
Tandoori Pav with truffle butter was freshly baked and gone in seconds.
Starters
Pani Puri salad was a cool innovation. Served in a bowl of ice with tamarind sorbet. It couldn’t get cooler…literally!
Khao Gali consisted of some small bites. I enjoyed the mango chaat and Monaco biscuits.
Kabab main Haddi was served on a bone with some fantastic chutney. The side was a lettuce with mayo stuffing.
Hawaiian Beef had a perfect theme to its presentation. Served in coconut shells, there was succulent beef with pineapple.
Palette Cleanser – Passion fruit sorbet in a passion fruit skin!
Main Course
The Lamb Biryani came with four sides. Raita, tomato chutney, salad, and baingan. Enjoyed all of them!
The Keema Pav was a classic. The Pavs were mini so we ordered extra.
Desserts
The dessert was a naughty one called Palang tod. Some almond milk, dates and rice pudding will put you to sleep.
My ultimate favorite was the Mango Rasmalai. The mango ras flows when you break the chocolate ball into goody ras malai!
Carnival keeps up the innovation up every season and I can’t wait to see what the next season has to offer. I’ve also tried Carnival as a non-blogger and it’s always fantastic! Congratulations to Team Carnival for completing one year!
