All the foodies love Street Food as it’s very addictive and tingles your tastebuds. I am also big on all Street food. If you’re looking for Authentic Pakistani street food then Gulabo is the place! Located in Qusais, this small joint does wonders and the best part – It’s easy on the pocket.
There’s only a small table indoors but also has outdoor seating which is great in the better weather. You can always take away or order a delivery.
Bun Kebabs have a soft texture of meat in a bun with some onions and chutney. Gulabo serves a variety of Bun Kebabs. I tried the Beef and chicken. Loved both of them. Recommended!
From the Barbeque – I ordered the Chicken Bihari. Tender pieces of spicy chicken came with bread and sauces. You wouldn’t want to share this!
Gulabo is also known for its Kebab Rolls wrapped in Paratha or chapati. I tried a few of them! Chicken Malai Roll is for people who prefer less spicy. Beef Bihari Roll was excellent as well. I prefer my rolls in Paratha.
The Seekh Kebab Roll was best in my opinion. It’s very flavorful and high on spice levels. Probably the best Seekh Kebab roll I had!
If you can handle the spice, their Biryani is a must try! Gulabo aims to be the spiciest Biryani in Dubai. In fact, it’s named – Spicy Chicken Biryani. If you haven’t tried the Pakistani drink yet, please do! Pakola is a must order for me with this kind of street food.
To cool off, I had to order their in house Gulab Jamuns. It’s a sweet and perfect end to the meal.
I have been to Gulabo multiple times and usually grab a Roll or two for a quick bite. The taste is always spot on. Gulabo also has a cousin nearby – Billo which I will review soon. Til then do try the recommended items!
Street food is my favourite! Must try this 🙂
