Iftar – Fairmont Dubai

Fairmont Dubai is hosting iftar this year in a very traditional Ramadan tent, which is so far the only tent on the Sheikh Zayed Road. We had an Iftar preview at The summit to try out some of their dishes.

The theme of the Iftar is to relive the inspirational culinary voyage taken by many famous Arabian travelers and explorers. We were in to discover eight influential cuisines prepared in time-honored traditions.

Special Ramadan drinks were served to us as a welcome. Rose milk, date juice, Apricot, and laban were some of them. We enjoyed the rose and apricot!
