We took a tour with Splash Tours around the Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Atlantis and Burj Al Arab for the duration of 90 minutes on a speedboat. The weather was great and we were all set for a thrilling ride. Living in UAE for 30+ years, we have been missing the best view.

Departure Point
An easy departure location behind Masjid Al Rahim in Dubai Marina. Plenty of public parking available if you are driving yourself. Just walk across the
Dubai Marina – We rode all around the marina and it was fascinating to get the best view and yes it’s from the sea! We remember this being a barren land 20 years ago and we use to explore it on a 4×4. Today, it’s a thriving area.
Burj Al Arab – Got to see the other side of Burj Al Arab and it’s as magnificent as from the front or inside!
Palm Jumeirah – We passed around the Palm Jumeirah and could see all the 5-star hotels around it.
Blue Water Island – An upcoming Island with the world’s largest Ferris wheel. It looks like 25% complete
Dubai Skyline – Great view of Dubai Marina and JBR. You could also see the Burj Khalifa and Sheikh Zyed Road rising from the sea.
We return safely to the docking station! The Splash team was great and very informative of all the sites. They also gave out water on board.
The ride in the open sea was thrilling. It goes up to 30 knots and is smoother in the marina. It’s something every tourist and resident should experience. I’d highly recommend it!
