Fuchsia is an organically homegrown brand that’s exclusively Dubai, creating fun and contemporary Thai food to suit your lifestyle since 2015. They have two branches in Dubai and we dined at the Business Bay!
Interiors
It’s a huge place with outdoor and indoor seating. We opted to sit indoors. It’s pretty modern and quirky with neon art and grass walls.
Drinks
We got the fuchsia delight. It was mango based with coconut and basil. Loved the drink but the coconut on the glass was annoying and unnecessary. It kept dirtying our hand whenever we lifted the glasses.
Starters
Tom yum soup at a Thai restaurant is a must. It was flavorful and had fresh ingredients.
We also got the prawn spring rolls which came with a side of sweet chili sauce. It was crunchy and great in taste.
Main course
From the wok, we ordered the Cashew nut chicken. It was excellent and had a lot of sauteed veggies and the chicken was crispy. All their dishes come with a side of rice. I would recommend this dish!
The other main course was Pad Thai with Prawns. It was very saucy and had stir-fried noodles with bean sprouts, garlic, egg, and ground nuts. The portion was huge and we could not finish it.
Desserts
We got the Hazelnut chocolate spring rolls. It was quite delicious with the lychee ice cream on the side. Unfortunately, they were out of Sticky rice and Mango which I would have loved to try.
