If you are looking for good and high-quality food with pocket-friendly prices to deliver in or take away in Sharjah, look no further than this hidden gem. This gem is hidden near the University Road in Sharjah. Although they don’t have a seating area, we got to try some of their dishes! They serve Lebanese and Italian food.
We both ordered the Cocktail layers where avocado, mango, strawberry, and guava are layered into a glass and made fresh. Perfect drinks to go with their food.
For starters, we got an Appetizing Combo which was a giant plate of Mozerella sticks, wedges, fries, onion rings, dynamite shrimp, crispy chicken, zaatar bread and hot kashkaval. They dynamite shrimps were crazy good and we loved both zaatar and chili cheese bread.
We got a Pizza Rosto Casual and it was huge in size. The toppings had pepperoni, hotdog, smoke turkey and mozzarella. It was a thin pizza and way better and cheaper than Pizza hut or Dominos. Highly recommend this!!
We also got a manakeesh which meat and cheese. Unlike other restaurants where they use the same base, Labeneh and zaatar up their game and use a different base for their manakeesh.
For the main course, we split a mixed grill. It has lamb and a chicken kebab as well as tikkas and one arayes. They make their own sauces as well which you’d enjoy with the grill and we surely did!
The beef shawarma in dough came in a lighter crispier bread and had all the ingredients that of a shawarma. The taste was unique, though.
To end the meal, Nutella with strawberry manakeesh was just perfect. This time the base was fluffy and complemented the Nutella. We folded the slice and filled it with strawberry slices to gain maximum pleasure!
Labneh & Zaatar stands out due to their high quality of food and their ability to adapt and master their dishes. If you have already stepped in the digital age, you can also place orders via Zomato or Talabat. We will be surely ordering a lot from here!
