Boombalambuz is the latest cafe in Dubai to serve Freak Shakes, Ice creams, and Mojitos. It’s located in Jumeirah 1 and right on the main road. The interiors are small but cozy! The do have outdoor seating as well.
Since it was an invite, we didn’t get a choice to pick our favorite flavors. Instead, they served us the new items on the menu!
Rose Freak Shake – It was served on a wooden plaque with a side of Cake with shia seeds and a lot of pistachios. 5 star for presentation! The shake itself was good too but the cake was very dry.
Hot Baklava – The latest edition to the hot drinks. The drink was a mix of Baklava and Pistachio. It also came with a side of a delicious Baklava.
Watermelon Icecream – Again a 5-star presentation! Scoops of watermelon served in the watermelon shell. Big scoops of ice cream on top was really good. There were additional slices covered in chocolate as a side.
I am pretty sure my experience would be far better if I tried the Cheesecake Freak shake or Blackforest ice cream than getting over dozed on Pistachios. Looks like I’ll head back soon!
Boombalambuz is worth the check out as they are big on presentation and decently priced!
