KISS Eyelashes

A pair of false lashes can instantly make your eyes appear bigger and brighter. Despite this major payoff, with all of the different length and shape options, it can be daunting finding a pair that’s just right for you.

Two months back, I was given Kiss Eye Lashes by their distributors in the Middle East for review. In this article, I will be reviewing their three ranges – Look so Natural, I Envy & Haute Couture Lashes.

1. Look so Natural Eyelashes by KISS

Look so Natural lashes have become my latest obsession. This is because despite being fake; these falsies blend seamlessly with your real eyelashes and appear closer to natural. No one, not even my family knew the difference. They are pretty lightweight and very soft like real ones. Because of being fine and subtle, these fake lashes are very delicate and need to be handled with care.

Kiss lashes are not human hair lashes, but they do feel & look exactly like them. I used each pair at least 4 times. I didn’t need to cut the extra lash band because they fit my lash line perfectly. They glue is included in the pack and it lasted me for 5 to 6 uses.

For daytime outings, casual events and formal meetings, look so natural lashes are ideal; as they give a relatively even, yet profound outlining to your eyes.

Shy gives the most subtle definition—with a clear band and just a small amount of lashes, they enhance the length and volume of your natural ones without being noticeable.

Then comes Hot—they provide a little more volume and enhancement than Shy, but they still look very sophisticated (great for day or night).

Pretty has more volume and are thicker than Hot. Great for night makeup look or parties.

Flirty are exactly as the name suggests—full on volume and length for a sensuous, bold look. These are hands down my favourite out of the look so natural range.

2. I.Envy Eyelashes by KISS

I love having long wispy lashes because it really makes the eye pop. If I had to pick only one type of lashes, it would have to be wispies!  The wisped style false eyelash has long been a favourite among avid lash wearers because they are lightweight,, feathery and easy to apply with a natural lash length to keep your look subtle.

I particularly love this line not only for the affordability but the quality is great. I can get 5-7 uses out of these lashes (no mascara, and take the glue off them after you use them!). They are nicely tapered which looks more natural- this is one of the things that I appreciate from the makers of Kiss Lashes.

I wear them on special occasions as they add the oomph factor to your entire look. These lashes are contact lens friendly. The glue isn’t included in the pack. So you need to buy the glue separately with this one.

3. Haute Couture Eyelashes by KISS

The best thing about this range is that it comes with a complete package. You receive an applicator and a glue so you don’t have to buy those separately. They are the most dramatic Eyelashes out of the three ranges that I received. They are so black that mascara is not needed either. And without using mascara, the same pair of lashes could be reused a couple of times.

These lashes are quite ‘BIG’ and they are definitely for if you want to make a statement. They fit the eye pretty well but as mentioned, you can trim them down if you need to. These are unmistakably false lashes – I would only ever wear them for a big event like a friend’s wedding or a dressy occasion as they basically take up half of my face, but they do have a nice look to them.

What did I love about KISS Lashes?

The Kiss lashes are a total value for your money product. These lashes are above and beyond anything I’d expect to find at a drugstore. Try them out and you’ll see what I mean! The quality is exceptionally good. I have reused each pair for 5 to 7 times, washing them after every use. The shape of the lashes remained unchanged. The only reason why I had to throw each pair was due to the dried glue which wouldn’t come off even after washing, so the glue wouldn’t adhere properly after 5 to 7 uses.

Ever since I’ve endorsed Kiss lashes, not only have a stolen a few compliments but a lot of my friends have also started wearing these after seeing how natural they look on me.
