I was given the Nature’s Bounty tablets for hair, skin and nails by the ever so sweet team of Vita Vision Medical Supplies for review purposes. It contained 60 tablets that had to be taken three times a day, over a period of 20 days. For any multivitamins supplement to work, one should take it for at least 3 months to see visible results.
Twenty days is an insufficient time period to evaluate the results but here is my evaluation after finishing one bottle of Nature’s Bounty.
The results might vary from person to person. Some will notice difference in their hair growth first, others might notice their nails getting stronger while for some the effects will show on their skin first.
However like any other multivitamins the side effects may include bloating, weight gain and breakouts if you don’t drink plenty of water daily. For me I did notice bloating occasionally

Skin:
I’ve been taking these pills for 20 days and in fact I just finished my bottle today. I initially started taking these pills to stop the hair fall, but surprisingly I started noticing difference in my skin right away. First thing I noticed within a week is less break outs, glowy and fresher looking skin! My pale complexion started getting more pinkish. I didn’t even expect it to improve my skin. My skin is now soft, hydrated and perfectly clear; but you also have to take good care of your skin already, you can’t just rely on the pills to magically fix your skin. I’m noticing less breakouts, if i do get a pimple it’s only one at a time and usually small. But the clear skin could also be a result of using Derma E very clear range which has tea tree oil.
Nails:
I did not notice any difference in my nails as I have strong and fast growing nails already. However it should make your nails stronger since Nature’s bounty has all the necessary vitamins.
Hair:
As far as hair goes, my hair is definitely more shiny and soft. But the pills won’t make your hair grow incredibly fast or anything. But I didn’t notice any difference in the hair fall within 20 days. And since I’m a blogger, I had other multivitamin supplements to review, hence I couldn’t continue with another bottle. But I’m sure these tablets deliver what they promise.
