The Cake Bar, Dubai

My first birthday as a lifestyle blogger was the best birthday I’ve ever had. The highlight of my BIG Day was my Extravagant birthday cake which was rather a piece of Art and a delight for all the senses. It was baked to perfection by the most experienced and creative team of Pastry chefs at The Cake Bar.

I’m absolutely addicted to Ferrero Rocher and always wanted to have an extraordinary Ferrero birthday cake. When I was asked to choose my birthday cake, I asked the Cake Bar if they can make a Ferrero Rocher cake and they happily granted my wish. The cake bar team assured me that they had top of the line cake decorators who can make any cake according to the customer’s taste and preferences.

The Ferrero cake is undoubtedly the richest and the most delicious cake that I’ve had till date. It had five layers of sponge cake and four layers of filling. All the flavors were coming out so well that you could taste everything. In each bite, I could taste the velvety Nutella, chocolate ganache and the crunchy roasted hazelnuts.

When I asked the team of Cake Bar to provide me details of the ingredients used in the Richest cake so that I can do justice to the hard work that was put into it , so here’s what the Pastry Chef had to add

“The Ferrero Cake is made of Chocolate Hazelnut Chiffon Sponge, drizzled with flavored syrup in the total of 5 layers / 2 kilos, filled with luscious chocolate ganache using premium swiss chocolate couverture & fresh cream, laced with praline croquants layered with pure Nutella spreads and golden roasted hazelnuts and generously coated with Nutella ganache mix and sprinkled with crushed roasted hazelnuts and shape into round ball. Serve with pleasure.”

The picture doesn’t do justice but it was a GIANT cake. Everyone who saw & tasted this sinfully delicious Ferrero Rocher Cake said that they hadn’t seen or tasted any cake as heavenly as this one. It is indeed a very special and luxurious cake for a very special occasion.

Other than special cakes, The Cake Bar also serves breakfast and some very unique desserts. I will have to go back to try out their other famous desserts such as their Dark Chocolate Fondant Tart with pralines.

The interior of Cake bar is bright with funky designs on the walls. Its a small and cozy place if you would like to sit in and sip on the Hot coffee along with various desserts.
